Fantopia Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

By using Fantopia, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Platform Description

Fantopia is a creator subscription platform designed to allow creators and users to connect, share content, manage subscriptions, and access creator-based digital experiences.

Fantopia may include real creator profiles, AI-generated creator profiles, subscription-based content, messaging features, paid content, and related digital tools.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep their account information updated.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features, content, or creator profiles on Fantopia may require payment or subscription.

By purchasing a subscription or paid content, users agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments, subscriptions, and digital content purchases may be non-refundable.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the content they upload, publish, sell, or share on Fantopia.

Creators must ensure that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consent for any content they post.

Creators may not upload content involving minors, non-consensual material, stolen content, impersonation, illegal activity, or content that violates platform rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

Fantopia may allow the use of AI-generated creator content, virtual models, or digital personas.

Users and creators are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not violate the rights, privacy, identity, or likeness of any real person without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use Fantopia for illegal purposes.
• Upload or share content involving minors.
• Upload non-consensual intimate content.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others.
• Share stolen, copyrighted, or unauthorized content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform.
• Use the platform for fraud, scams, spam, or harmful activity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. Intellectual Property

Fantopia's branding, platform design, software, features, and materials belong to Fantopia or its licensors.

Users and creators retain ownership of content they own, but by uploading content to Fantopia, they grant Fantopia a limited license to host, display, distribute, and operate that content as necessary to provide the platform.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Fantopia may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, harm other users, or violate applicable laws or platform policies.

10. No Guarantee of Availability

Fantopia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantopia is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fantopia after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms.
