If you would like to request deletion of your Fantopia account data or personal information, please contact us by email at:
What to include in your request
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Fantopia account
- Your Fantopia username, if applicable
- A brief description of your data deletion request
How we process requests
After receiving your request, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
Once verified, we will review and process the request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, or record-keeping obligations that may require us to retain certain information.
Social login access
If you used Google or Facebook to log in, you may also manage or remove Fantopia's access from your Google or Facebook account settings.
